Panel 1:
Narrative Text: And shortly!
Ensign Hylia: The Supreme Advisor still won't let us talk directly, sir.
    But Mr. Talbot and Yeoman Janson are beaming up. I'm told they have news.
Commander Dale Zurkett: I think we're wasting time with diplomacy.
    They kidnapped Natashia and forced her to stand at their little coronation.
    And we have proof now that they're oppressing the locals.
Colonel Hank Reynolds: As much as I agree, what are we supposed to do? Beam down my marines?
    They'd be outgunned 10 to 1.

Panel 2:
Lieutenant Zack LeRoux: And that's not even considering the cloaked ships that have probably surrounded us.
Stickleback: Spoogians will rise to help human soldiers!
Dale: Can you guarantee that, though? You already said that some might be swayed by this "Queen" thing.
Stickleback: I... cannot guarantee. There are many Spoogians who find comfort in the point-ears' tyranny or fear to challenge it.
   The idea of a benevolent dictator could tempt many more.

Panel 3:
Major Ulbek: I think we need to discuss the other possibility. That Commander Starrat has planned this for some time.
Commodore Jeffrey Bannister: What? How? She was only assigned to Federation Star Defense a month ago.
    And our assignment hree came directly from the Admiralty. Ulbek: She could simply be exploiting an opportunity. Or perhaps manipulating Federation diplomatic services.
    The fact remains: Natashia Starrat is not a half-Vulcan, as she has claimed to be.

Panel 4:
Ulbek: She IS half-Human, but the rest of her linage links her to Sping-Spang-Spoogie... and to Romulus itself.
Zack: Wait... so they're not just blowing smoke? She's REALLY the queen?
Ulbek: To put it bluntly, yes. My research has been thorough, despite efforts by unknown persons to falsify the records.

Panel 5:
Dale: When and why did you do all this research?

Panel 6:
Ulbek: I became suspicoius due to her... non-Vulcan mannerisms.
    Further research revealed a pattern. I then investigated her famililial line as far back as records existed.
    As I said, I discovered attempts to alter much of it. But deep backups remained.
    Finally, I then... obtained some genetic material. From a hairbrush.
    DNA testing WAS conclusive.
Zack: Well, you're not creepy at all.

Panel 7:
Dale: And he also violated my orders. Like entirely.
Ulbek: The ends justified my means. Section 31 gives me the authority.
Jeff: It doesn't on my ship. And I'm not going to believe that Natashia is a traitor.
    Not unless I see it with my own eyes!
Dale: And that goes double for me.
