BrickVoid: I wonder if the Romulans like the Supreme Advisor? Presumably, they've been listening in, would be nice to see some Romulan opinions on this whole matter. :D

Transcript
Panel 1:
Supreme Advisor: You see? Queen Natashia has begun her rule of Sping-Spang-Spoogie as the rightful heir.
Our ancestral claim to this planet is confirmed.
Panel 2:
Commander Dale Zurkett: And what about the Spoogians, huh? The rebels? They don't much care for your fake monarchs.
Especially kidnapped ones.
Supreme Advisor: Kidnapped? Hardly. She has returned from exile on Earth.
And the rebellion has ended. As the ambassador has surely informed you.
Panel 3:
Grayson Talbot: Please excuse my fellows, sir. The military mindset, it--
Stickleback: No! He speaks true! Spoogians will NOT embrace evil point-ear!
Panel 4:
Stickleback: We will drive you from our world! We will never give up! I will have my children back!
Supreme Advisor: I recognize this one... he has escaped us before.
Are you consorting with terrorists now, Federation?
I had thought that our negotiations were in good faith.
Panel 5:
Dale: Good faith? You conveniently left out how you've been stealing their children.
Supreme Advisor: This terrorist has beguiled you. Criminals lose certain rights.
We have taken good care of their rescued youngsters. Saved them from squalor and poor education.
Stickleback: He lies! Always lies!
Panel 6:
Stickleback: He--
Talbot: My extreme apolgies, sir. Commander Zurkett was taken hostage and made to believe some damnable nonsense.
Dale: Hostage? I was not a hostage of any kind.
And I notice neither of you lifted much of a finger to look for me.
Panel 7:
Supreme Advisor: He is clearly addled, so I can only hope that is the case.
However, this complicates matters. We must make certain demands.
First: That you accept our gracious offer of a planetary trade, even though we technically owe you nothing.
Second: That you turn over this terrorist to me wtihout delay.
Panel 8:
Supreme Advisor: I give you 24 hours to acquiesce, which should be sufficient time to receive Federation sanction.
If you do not comply, you will be deemed trespassers on the Romulan side of the Netural Zone.
And we will have no choice but to enforce the full terms of the treaty.
I await your timely reply.
