BrickVoid: You have got to get the big endings scheduled properly. I was hoping for the next installment of this saga, it's about wrapped up or close to it. Please ensure that the next installment or installments - as may be th case - are ready to publish on time! :D 06/02/24 12:20 AM
Swiftbow: Hey, apologies... going camping this weekend and did not have enough time to get the comic together. We'll be back next week!

BrickVoid: Hopefully an explanation of how they fired on the Romulan Warbirds will be forthcoming along with the next comic installment. Whatever they did, it's brilliant! :D

Transcript
Panel 1:
Commander Vedrix: Damage report!

Panel 2:
Helmsman Grastock: I raised our shields in time, Commander! We have deflected their torpedo.
The rest of our fleet wasn't so lucky... they've all been hit! Status unknown.
Gah! Incoming phaser fire from the human vessel!
    Shields are at 70%!
Commander Vedrix: Return fire! They haven't won yet!
Get me the status of our other ships!
If nothing else, we must report to the emperor how they managed to penetrate our cloak!

Panel 3:
Science Officer Yana: I believe I have determined their method, Commander. I am at fault for missing it.
Vedrix: What do you mean?
Yana: The silicate compound in their warp plasma, sir! It was a trick!
As it dispersed, particles of it were electrostatically attracted to our ship's hulls, and stuck there
They must have keyed their sensors to detect that compound specifically!
Vedrix: So... they literally painted us as targets?
I'm actually impressed. Starfleet isn't known for such... lowtech solutions. And the fault is shared, Yana. I missed it, too.

Panel 4:
Comms Officer Garl: Sir, ship commanders are reporting in. Ships are disabled, but not destroyed.
Varying levels of capability. And the Earth ship is hailing us.
Vedrix: Now that sounds more like Starfleet... they could have destroyed most of us, but they chose mercy.

Panel 5:
Vedrix: That is their greatest flaw. Open the hailing channel. But first... alert all ship commanders to prioritize weapons repairs.
While the humans talk terms... we shall ready our counterstrike.
